4. Loan Application and Approval
Submitting a loan application does not guarantee approval or funding. All applications are subject to our underwriting process, which may include:

- Assessment of collateral (if applicable)
We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information at any time during the application process.
5. Loan Terms and Repayment
If your loan is approved, specific terms (interest rate, repayment schedule, fees, etc.) will be outlined in a separate loan agreement. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all terms before signing. Loan terms vary based on:

Failure to repay your loan according to the agreed terms may result in late fees, default interest, collection actions, and negative credit reporting.

7. SMS Terms & Conditions
7.1 SMS Program Overview
PJH Properties, LLC offers an optional SMS/MMS text message program to provide marketing and promotional messages about our financial products and services. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring messages sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
7.2 Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. We are not responsible for carrier charges.
7.3 Opt-Out and Cancellation
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in.

7.5 Consent Not Required

SMS messages are supported by most major U.S. carriers. We are not liable for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or not supported by your carrier or device.
